Elijah Frazier originated from the New Jersey area, where he has 30 + years of experience in the construction field. After relocating to Charlotte NC, he established Frazier Construction LLC, in 2017. Elijah prides himself on top quality work and customer satisfaction to every client,
Rhonda Frazier
Rhonda Frazier also originated from the New Jersey area, behind every successful man is an equally successful woman. Rhonda's background is in sales and marketing. Aside from raising their two sons, Elijah Jr. & Jackson, she is a pivotal part of the everyday operation of the business.
Sonny Pearson
Sonny Pearson originates from the New Jersey area, after 40 years in cooperate sales, running Pearson business products, he retired and relocated to the Charlotte NC area. His primary function is supervision of accounting for everyday operations.
Casey Davis
Casey Davis initial interest in interior design started while living in her hometown of Wilmington NC. She has an associate degree in interior design and moved to the Charlotte Area in 2015. After moving to the Charlotte are she worked within retail design firms, local design firm, until starting with Frazier Construction in 2022. Casey helps run our day-to-day business as well as our interior design division.
Charlie Frazier
Charlie Frazier also originates from the New Jersey Area. After relocating to the Charlotte NC area, Charlie our team in the spring of 2021. He is a pivotal member of our supervisor team, keeping our day to day operations successful.
Zach Neilson
Zach Neilson is our day-to-day supervisor. He has been with Frazier Construction for 6 years. His knowledge in carpentry and project management is pivotal to daily success on jobsites.
Donovan Salamanca
Donovan Salamanca is the newest member of our team. As our Framing supervisor Donovan oversees all framing jobs to make sure that everything is operating properly daily. In addition to his role as a framing supervisor, he also helps manage our day-to-day operations.
Ali Atri
Ali Atri has been involved in the construction industry since 1989 and is recognized throughout Charlotte for his impeccable reputation. With over three decades of experience and an Associates Degree in Architecture, Ali is a great addition to our team.
